| Q: | How long after I pay do you ship the item? | |

A: | Most items are shipped within 24 hours after receiving payment. In many cases items are sent immediately,
if an auction is completed during post office hours.
On Tuesdays and Saturdays there are no postal services as the office is closed. | |
Q: | How is my item going to be shipped? | | |
A: | All items are shipped via air-mail. Registered mail applies on most items (stated in auction / chosen by buyer). If your posts website has an on-line tracking feature,
you can monitor the shipment once it arrives inland. If you wish to use a private courier, I will take care of
all arrangments, at buyers expense. | |
Q: | Do you combine shipping? Does it cost me less? | |
A: | As a policy I Always combine shipping if you won more than one item in the course of 7 days. Naturally the heaviest and/or largest items take presedence,
but shipping costs for the smaller items in the package will be Substantially reduced. For Example:
You bought one item that costs $21.00 to ship. You bought another item that costs $10.00 to ship.
Instead of paying $31.00 for both, You pay $25.00 for both.

Q: | How long will it take for my item to arrive? | |
A: | Normal arrival times are (and usually earlier than):
Europe:10-14 working days.
U.S. and Canada: 14-18 working days.
East Asia and Australia: 18-24 working days. | |
Q: | What happenes if I don't get my package? | |
A: | If for any reason your item does not arrive within 30 working days after end of auction,
You should notify me immediately, and no later than 60 days after end of transaction.
In case an insured package was lost or damaged during transfer, you will be compensated*
(Liability is limited in accordance to Israeli and international post office regulations).
I have a policy of re-sending some of the smaller items without any hassles or additional costs,
decisions upon this are to My discretion. | |
Q: | Is there a faster way to ship my item without the costs of a private courier? | |
A: | Shipping via EMS is possible. EMS (Express Mail Service) is a 3-7 day shipping standard practiced by most post offices world wide.
If your package exceeds 4lbs I will automatically notify you of additional costs for this service. Lighter items can also be
shipped EMS for very reasonable costs. For example: All packages under 4lbs cost $37.00 to ship EMS. | |
Q: | Will you accept any other means of payment except PayPal? Why do you use PayPal? | |
A: | Since we are dealing with an international transaction, as a rule I do not accept any other means
of payment except PayPal, and here is why:
Other means of payment (such as a personal check, money order etc.) can take up to 4 weeks to arrive,
thus making your purchase a very long and cumbersome process. There are also additional fees for depositing a foreign check, which I will
have to charge from the buyer. Wishing to process each order as fast as possible,
it is the best and safest way currently available. | |
Q: | I do not have a PayPal account, what can I do? | |
A: | You can pay for an auction using any major credit card through PayPal.
Even if you do not have an account, tt is a fairly simple process that takes only a few moments.
This method is of payment is safe. If not satisfied with your purchase, you can file a request for
a refund to your credit card company and/or PayPal, as you would with any other purchase.
